Voting rules and anti-Sybil policy
- One voter, one vote, per project, per week
- Eligibility resets every Monday 00:00 UTC. Daily, monthly and all-time leaderboards are different readings of the same ledger, never different ballots.
- Identity decides weight, never eligibility
- An anonymous device ballot counts 1. A ballot signed by a connected MARCO Passport counts 3, because the identity behind it is verifiable. Guests can browse everything; voting requires an identity.
- Anti-Sybil is public and auditable
- Every ballot is scored against published signals: rapid voting, multi-project bursts, shared device fingerprints, project spikes and wallet cluster patterns. Ballots move to PENDING_REVIEW or INVALIDATED — never silent deletion — and every transition is written to the audit log.
- Community Boost is visibility, not votes
- A boosted campaign can appear on the voting home, in the newsletter and in community notifications. It cannot create, weight, remove or reorder a single ballot.
- Voting never touches reputation
- Votes do not modify the Melega Score, Risk, Quality or any organic market ranking. Voting is the community's opinion, published beside the evidence, never inside it.
- No simulated data
- If a metric has not been measured, Space prints "Not measured". Vote counts are never estimated, extrapolated or invented.
Community Boost buys campaign visibility only — never votes, never Melega Score, never organic ranking.
